How to Stream Videos from Smartphone to TV in this box? -

This box has a Mobile Cast function or mobile casting. It allows users to stream content from their mobile devices to your TV screen. The Videocast feature ensures devices meet interoperability standards for sharing and streaming content over a local network, and it allows devices to share and stream content over a local network. 

Connect your box with your Set-top box using a hotspot or the same network, and stream mobile videos to your TV.

Disclaimer - This box supports offline and online video sharing, (not mirror mobile screen). Only 70% of OTTPlay Live TV, Web Series, and Movies content is supported for now. We are working to fix it.

1. Does this set-top box require an internet connection?
No, an internet connection is not mandatory. You can watch all DD Free Dish and other Free-To-Air (FTA) channels via satellite without any internet. However, internet (WiFi) is required to use features like YouTube, Mobile Cast, and OTT streaming.

2. What types of channels are supported?
This is a Free-To-Air (FTA) digital receiver. It supports:
MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 channels
HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding) SD channels
DVB-S, DVB-S2, and DVB-S2X signals

3.Can I record TV programs on this box?
Yes, it features PVR (Personal Video Recorder) functionality. You can plug in a USB flash drive or an external hard disk to record live TV shows and watch them later at your convenience.

4.Will it work with my old CRT (Box-type) TV?
Yes. While it is designed for modern LED/LCD TVs via HDMI, it also includes an AV port (the red, yellow, and white cable port) making it fully compatible with older analog televisions.

5.What should I do if I see a "No Signal" message?
If you see "No Signal," try these steps:
Check if the LNB cable from your dish is tightly connected to the box.Ensure your dish antenna is aligned correctly to the satellite (e.g., GSAT-15 for DD Free Dish).
Perform a Blind Scan from the Installation menu to refresh the channel list.
